He was very committed to getting the right buyer that would enjoy everything that came with the house. My grandpa built that house and only my family lived there. I have a lot to say with such a small box. Valerie was the best. We used her when we originally bought the property we just sold. Valerie was always on the ball she was constantly checking on the property being I live a state away now, thus making sure everything was good cause i couldn't and letting me know if there was an issue. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. She goes above and beyond what she is hired to do. This process was so smooth it really relieved the stress of selling a house and she made sure I didn't have to drive back for closing by setting up a remote closing for me. There is no one else I would rather use to buy or sell a house because we have been happy with her performance and knowledge both times. Thank you Valerie for everything.

From the start, Century 21 played a vital role. During a violent windstorm in Butte, Jennifer Shea invited me to come into their office to get out of the tempest outside. Gary Shea then arranged for a truly outstanding drone flyover video of our rural property and careful photographed the interior. We are from out of the state of Montana and live in Utah. We talked with numerous people during our searches of properties in Montana. Barbara Schneider was the easiest for us to talk to about what we needed to talk about. We were very comfortable asking questions about the area Butte and other items as well. We really felt like she was interested in what we wanted to talk about and discuss. Butte is a 7 hour drive for us to get there, besides the hotels, gas, driving etc. So having someone listen and answer our questions about the area was very helpful in our house finding journey.
